Maybe Canada is a Melting Pot...

It sure feels like it's cooking something...

With the humidex it is 47 degrees celcius - or 116.6 degrees fahrenheit.

If I didn't have air conditioning I would want to die. It is disgusting outside. Feels like you're walking through foam. Hot, sticky foam.

Anyone have a pool?

Well - it just hit 49 or 120.2... I think you can just about cook a roast in that.

Now they are asking people to cut back on air conditioning and such. Like HELL. (I imagine this is what hell feels like)

Yes Lizzy. And I heard that the only place hotter than here yesterday was Baghdad. Nice. I had to work last night too...YUCK!

Yeah. I took the kids for a walk this morning. Think I lost about 30 pounds of water in about as many blocks. Tomorrow - up at 4 am. Might be the only decent time to walk.

And I thought it was hot here a couple of weeks ago... Wow, it's been scorching in Canada!... It's recently cooled down here though (about 10 degrees on average in only one week - I hope the same thing happens over there).

So do I. I would consider moving to Antarctica or Nunavut after this week.

But lucky for us the humidex has brought us down to a cool 47 today... but then mother nature added that whole tornado warning thing in just to keep it exciting.

I never thought I'd see the day when Canada reached over 100 degrees Fahrenheit.

Global warming anyone?

Surprisingly - Canada gets really hot in the summer. Especially where we live. I'm practically in the states.
