January 15th in New York and we still haven't had a bit of ice or snow this winter.

Knock on wood!

It's coming earl...don't you worry...it's coming cause it always does.

All that beautiful ice knocked out my power today. I think I heard it say "how d'ya like me now?"

You finally got some, eh? Glad you're enjoying it.

New York will coast along until early April, then get seven feet. Just you watch.

Yeah - it knocked my power out too! And got school cancelled! Not a bad deal at all.

Don't worry boys - it will come.

Moxy - I was going to paint myself totally blue but then I thought...nah. ;-)

Nice pix. It's still unseasonably warm in London by the way. Despite the fact that I usually fall on my arse in it - at least once every winter - I'm still hoping for at least a couple of days of snow sometime soon!

Very cool pic. It's gonna be a rough bike ride to work today.

Nice pics... Not sure if I'm jealous or not. Snow and stuff is nice when you don't have to do anything like commute in it. If you can just arse about and enjoy it then it's fab but other than that...

Where I live, if ice knocks out power lines it could be days before they're back up. NOT n'ice.

BUT, I love when the stuff thaws from the trees and crackles/pops and drips down so hard you think it's raining.

green fish - no studded tires?
