So the other day - my dear dear wonderful mother was having a bit of a rough time.

First, I watched her putting away a cookie sheet... but instead of getting it in the cupboard she ended up dropping it on her head. THEN - as I watched perplexed - she opened up a bottle of Tylenol, tilted her head back and threw them in her face. She looked a bit shocked. She had expected eye drops... not too sure how you mix those up but she did. I'm all heart of course, I sat there clutching my sides with laughter while she picked up the spray of pills.

Sigh. I should have to pay admission to hang out with her.

Hehehe... cool blog.

My own sweet mother, when out shopping for building supplies, asked for a dildo rail instead of a dado rail!

Earl - I should try to sell the movie rights...

Slyde - should have been there

Sprinkle - no laugh - she already hit me in the back of the head for posting it so we might as well...lol

RRL - front row - just for you

joe - I know. I grabbed for the camera but a still shot wouldn't have come near it.

Tamara - welcome. Love the story about your Mum. Were you there - I would tell that at EVERY family function.

hullaballoo - I'll have to come over and see where it took you... ;-)

I tend to tell my granny stories at family functions. My mom's mom is a real character. She had breast cancer many years back and wears one prosthetic boob. At my 16th birthday party I remember her having a bit too much champagne and then threatening to strap the boob to her head, climb on the table and dance the macarena in front of al my friends. I cringed at the time, but now I love that story!
