I'm back. What a surreal dream that was!

It went so fast. I can't believe it's over already. I feel sort of all happy and sad rolled into one.

There were some hysterical moments - one of them featuring a sea creature attack and also... an unprecedented wall lettuce confrontation. We made friends with lizards and birds and a little crab... *I pinch* *little pinch?* Details will follow... as soon as I

stop feeling sea sick and my heart ache eases slightly from having to say goodbye to my love.

Hope you all have been up to no good and I look forward to catching up with you guys soon.

Also!!!! Mine and Spartan's goddaughter is on her way into the world --- finally!!! Woo Hoo!

Welcome back Elizabeth. I know that happy and sad rolled into one feeling.

Hullabalovely and I were talking about feeling sunny and sad on Sunday as we parted for our antepenultimate time (22 days to go!)

I suggest you take time to reflect on all that happened to you and the feelings that went with it. That'll help bring the dream into reality, and draw out that sense of it being over so fast (aka over too soon!).

Yes, that is a transparent invitation to blog all about it! Glad you're back.

"...an unprecedented wall lettuce confrontation"???

I can't wait to hear about this wall of lettuce. I didn't know lettuce came in wall sizes. I mean, that's some big ass lettuce.

(Did you mean lattice?)

bobo - getting so close! Weee! It does go too fast doesn't it? Life goes too fast since I met my spartan.

tamara - oh you'll get all the goods - so much fun. I'm convinced my life is a sitcom.

earl - nope - you read it right... it was lettuce... not wall sized exactly but on the wall... more to come
