A Little Wisdom From Starbucks

"In a world where celebrity equals talent, and where make believe is called reality, it is most important to have real love, truth and stability in your life."

Amen, oh fabulous makers of java.

Imagine finding something so nice on your cup of coffee. Maybe it should really say... "In a world where celebrity equals talent, and where make believe is called reality, it is most important to be a make believe celebrity." I am make believing that right now. It is working. (Where the hell is the valet anyways? Why do I pay these people?).

Hmm. We should make up our own inspirational or funny sayings to right in permanent marker on our own coffee cups;

"In a world where coffee costs $5.00 a cup, where image is everything and Botox exists - it is most important to be rich, beautiful and wrinkle free."

YES. I likey. Any ideas from the peanut gallery?

I thought the end of that was, "Does happiness count unless the camera's are rolling?" -- Did you get my good side? How was the close up.

Seriously, I think "In a world where celebrity equals talent and where make believe is called reality.....I think it is horribly unfair that so many have had affairs/relationships with Angelina Jolie, while I STILL have not!" - maybe not quite so profound - but from the heart, I assure you.

I trust that it was from the heart. Spartan and I talked about having a celebrity couples dinner; I would be Angelina and he would be Mr. Pitt. That'd be fun, yes?

Know what's funny? I just figured out (at 31 yrs old) that I actually have a good side and a bad side. Guess I'm getting shallower as I age.

I've been working on this for hours and have the WV from hell (dxtyyxrk), so here goes:
"In a world where celebrity equals talent and where make believe is called reality... Let's put fucking Starbuck everywhere and run independent coffee shops out of business. Then when we've done that, let's open even more, and run our own stores out of business."

I fucking despise Starbucks and all they stand for. In case that didn't come across...

"In a world where...hold on, fuck off and let me drink my bastard coffee".

Yes, yes, much better :)

yummysushi - thanks for popping in!

Badge - So. You don't even like the Caramel Machiatto? Cuz it's really yum.

John - I'm in. That one works for me. Just ask anyone who has attempted conversation prior to coffee. Doesn't go well.

In a world ruled by dinosaurs and their cyborg companions, where reality is often infused with false nano-tech implants, where true love is nothing but a mathematical equation, it's important to remember that the monsters under your bed are real and they are going to get you...tonight.

"In a world where celebrity equals talent, and where make believe is called reality, it is most important to" drink so much coffee that you become an insomniac hence making you subject to sleep deprived hallucinations, eventually coming to believe that you are midget Brittany and standing in heels makes you feel like a nib.

Earl - how did you know that would freak me out?

Oddly - the last 4 times - 4 TIMES I have gotten coffee - in 4 different cities mind you... my cup has had this saying on it. If it happens again I will be sure that the universe really really really wants me to get this for some reason. Not sure why. But I've been reading and re-reading it just to be sure it is ingrained in my brain...
