I am a horrible girlfriend. I gave Spartan a cold. I feel terrible. Well... come to think of it - I think he feels worse. I am filling him up with Neo Citron and hoping that tomorrow he miraculously feels better so that I can drag him out and about town.

Remember how a while back I said I was sick of winter? Another snow storm yesterday - not one of prolific proportions or anything... but snow none the less. It's almost March dag nabbit. I need to lay in the sun and soak up some vitamins soon or I will shrivel up and die. I wish spring would hurry the hell up. I'm losing my patience. Must have something to do with my ever increasing age...

Now to add insult to injury - I am getting lots of grey hair. Since my hair is pretty dark it shows up. What am I going to do?? I could dye it but then it changes the rest of my hair too - which I like. Plus then you have to keep coloring it. Sigh. I feel old. I lost a decade there somewhere.

I think I'm done bitching for now... if I think of anything new I'll let you guys know. ;-)

I guess I'm lucky in the grey department. The few I have look like highlights ;o)

Grey hair is sexy.

At least that's what I tell myself every time I look in the mirror. That and "hey...nice penis!"

Seriously though, I dig natural greys on my ladies. Society is to blame for folks dyeing that shit!

Ask my dark wild haired Hullabahoney, she has the whole hair dye thing to a tee to hide her odd grey hair (though they are rather cute, actually).

As for the snow, I can't help thinking you haven't properly come to terms with the whole "Canada" thing. If it helps, and I'm sure it doesn't, the first tulips are starting to bloom in England.

slyde- and here I thought you knew her by now...and most other women. Good lord, we're only in our 30's. I'll consider not dying when I'm 60.

I don't see why you have a problem with gray hair. It's just the way it things go. If you don't wanna dye your hair, you could always just shave it all off! LOL

Hope you and Spartan feel better soon!

Awww Elizabeth, I agree, you are sooo not a bad girlfriend. I gave Bobo my cold at Christmas and we used it as an excuse to snuggle up extra close and drink mulled wine in bed.

Hair dying is definitely the way to go, it's fun and funky. I spotted a woman with luminous purple hair today - she told me she left the dye on four times longer than it said on the bottle. And it looked totally fabby.

Yaaarg, poopy snow storms, boooooooo!

Well - thank you guys for all giving such thought to this.

I think I will choose somewhere in the middle and get lowlights one of these days. That might just do the trick.

If I am fighting getting older starting now... I'll be like Joan Rivers in a few years.... KIDDING. I will draw the line somewhere. I still want to look like me after all. I don't think lowlights are too extreme...so it's settled. ;-)
